I’m a strategist, researcher, and facilitator with ten years of experience helping organizations move from complexity to clarity. I’ve worked across government, nonprofit, and private sectors — with leadership teams who are talented, committed, and genuinely stuck.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, research, and human dynamics. I help leaders structure conversations that actually produce decisions, design innovation processes that go beyond brainstorming, and build the internal clarity that teams need to execute with confidence.
I don’t just give recommendations and leave. I stay in the room. I design the process, facilitate the sessions, and make sure something real and actionable comes out of the work.
I started Mind-Full Lab because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations with smart, motivated people who were stuck — not because they lacked capability, but because complexity had grown faster than clarity. Decisions looped. Priorities conflicted. Ideas stalled at the handoff between strategy and execution.
I built this practice to solve that specific problem. Not with templates. Not with generic frameworks. With a structured process that’s designed around the actual challenge in the room.
