Who do you work with?
Nonprofits, foundations, mission-driven companies, and HR or people teams. Most of my clients are leadership teams, boards, or program teams that need to align on a direction and act on it.
How do I know which service fits?
You don’t have to know. Book a free 30-minute call, tell me what you are facing, and I’ll recommend a format, or tell you honestly if none of them fits.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, the size of the group, the format, and how much research or preparation is involved, so I don’t publish fixed prices. After a free call, you get a clear written proposal with the price.
What happens on the free call?
We talk for 30 minutes. I listen to what you are facing, ask a few questions, and tell you what I would suggest, roughly what it would take, and how pricing would work. There is no obligation.
Where do you work?
In person in Northern Virginia and Latin America, across the US, and virtually anywhere.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish, Italian, and Albanian.
Do virtual sessions work as well as in-person ones?
Yes, when they are designed for it. I plan online sessions with shorter blocks, small-group breakouts, and shared digital boards, so people stay engaged.
What do we get after the session?
A written summary soon after the session with decisions, owners, and next steps, plus any materials we created together.
What methods do you use?
I choose the method that fits your challenge: Creative Problem Solving, design thinking, human-centered design, or LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. You never get a template.
